Q: I'm an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?

A: Yes, dear. Our payment sollution, Stripe, is the safest there is. We watch your order carefully and none of your credit information will be stored by any parts in the process. Your rights here online are the same as in a physical store. Only difference (and the best difference) is that you dont have to move away from your sofa while shopping. 

Q: How long will it take to get my stuff and do I have to pay any shipping fees?

A: All orders within Norway are shipped free of charge. It normally takes between 1-4 working days within Norway. 

For the rest of the world  the shipping fee is from 100 NOK and up. 
Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping to countries except of Norway. 

 

Q: I am not happy with the product I got or I need to change the size. How do I proceed?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your Black Rat item, we are very sorry to hear that, however just return it to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept return of items bought with a coupon code or on sale. 
 
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. If the item is faulty we will issue a full refund. If it is returned because of change-of-mind, we will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and return shipment. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Please also note that we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
